ETERNITY (#AtoZChallenge)

In case you’ve forgotten, my theme for “A to Z” is FAITH, and here’s my DISCLAIMER:  My faith is in Christ Jesus/Holy Bible. I write with no intent to judge other faiths/belief systems.

Everyone will know Eternity

The “where, what atmosphere”—Peace or Torment—to be determined

Existing not merely as endless Time, but Destiny upon Earth’s release

Real Eternity, a limitless Place, end-result of essential choice made

Nether Hell’s fiery lake, damned souls shriek who spurned Christ’s grace…

In Heaven’s glory, God’s family reunion:  all-day suppers, joyous songs

Tell marvelous wonders of Risen King who healed, shepherded, redeemed

Yesterday, Today Tomorrow—now blended, blurred beyond recollection…

~~~Eternity can be death sentence…or everlasting LIFE, heart’s fulfillment
New International Version
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.  John 3:36
Romans 10:9-10New International Version (NIV)
9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
    • Thanks sincerely, Paul. I do credit Him as my Writing Partner (unless something tanks, then it’s on me)–and I felt moved to commit the A to Z Challenge to Him, with the theme of “Faith”, as a thank-you to Him for bringing me through another dark period.
  1. I teared up reading this, as it is both powerful and precious and an offer for all to come and live eternally with Christ. I got excited thinking about all the stories that will be shared of what He has done our lives!
